This document governs the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of products through the brand’s official online store Dama BlancaThe implementation of an order involves the full acceptance of these conditions, in accordance with consumer and user legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007).
Products, prices and availability
The products sold (fleur de sel, unrefined sea salt flakes, organic fine salt and coarse salt) are described on their product pages, including weight, packaging format and specific characteristics.
- Prices: The amounts shown in the catalogue are final prices in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) legally applicable in Spain.
- Transport costs: They are calculated in a transparent way in the shopping cart before the order is finished.
- Availability: As they are artisan crops linked to the climate of the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz, the orders are subject to available stock of campaign.
Guarantee of Origin
Every container of Dama Blanca fleur de sel, salt flakes and unrefined sea salt comes from artisanal harvests in the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. Natural, organic, CAAE-certified salt, sun-dried without anti-caking agents or artificial additives.
Sustainable shipping
We care for nature in both saline and distribution. All orders are packed in 100% plastic-free, recyclable and biodegradable materials, with safe and monitored peninsular delivery within 24 to 48 working hours.
Means of payment and security SSL
Salinas de Cadiz S.L. uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and enhanced authentication payment systems to ensure full confidentiality of transactions:
- Bank cards (Credit / Debit): Visa, Mastercard and Master through secure bank gateway with 3D Secure authentication.
- PayPal / Stripe: Secure and immediate digital processing.
- Prior bank transfer: In order paid by transfer, the products are reserved for 3 calendar days until confirmation of receipt of the funds.
Sustainable delivery and shipping
All our shipments are managed with 100% plastic-free packaging, using biodegradable materials and certified recycled cardboard consistent with our environmental commitment.

If a period of 5 working days after confirmation of the order had not received it, the customer can contact our power station through the mail info@salinasdecadiz.es.
Right of withdrawal, return and guarantees
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their legal right of withdrawal from the receipt of the order.
For reasons of health protection and food security (Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007), the exception is to the right of withdrawal of salt containers that have been despised, opened or manipulated after delivery.
Returns due to defects or shipping errors: In the event that the delivered product is present or does not match the order made, the customer must communicate it within 10 working days to proceed to its immediate replacement or full reimbursement (including transport costs) at no additional cost.
Guarantees: Salinas de Cadiz S.L. is responsible for the non-conformity of the products in the terms legally laid down in European Union consumer law and the Spanish legal order.
