Principles and legal bases of treatment
The processing of the personal data of the user is governed by the principles of legality, loyalty, transparency, purpose limitation, minimization of data, accuracy, limitation of the period of conservation and integrity and confidentiality (Article 5 RGPD).
- Order and purchase management: Treatment necessary for the formalization of the contract for the sale and delivery of products in online store. Legal basis: Contractual execution (Article 6.1.b of the RGPD).
- Requests and consultations are addressed: Management of messages sent through contact forms or email. Legal basis: Consent and legitimate interest (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.f RGPD).
- Commercial communications and developments: Sending information on crops and products with explicit and revocable consent. Legal basis: express consent (Article 6.1.a, RGPD).
- Fiscal and legal obligations: Official invoicing and compliance with Spanish tax and commercial regulations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Data storage periods
The personal data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary to meet the purposes for which they were collected (usually 24 months for general consultations or until the user requests their deletion).
In the case of commercial transactions and billing, the data shall remain blocked for the time limits legally required by tax law (at least 5 years in accordance with Spanish tax law).
Addressees and assignment to third parties
Salinas de Cadiz S.L. does not market or give personal data to third parties, except in cases necessary for the proper provision of the service contracted or in compliance with a legal obligation:
- Transport and logistics companies: To manage home delivery of orders.
- Banks and secure payment gateways: Redsys, Stripe and PayPal for the encrypted processing of transactions.
- Public administrations and competent authorities: In compliance with judicial or policy mandates.
Exercise of user rights
The user can exercise at any time his rights to Access, Rectification, Abolition (Right to Forgetting), Treatment Limitation, Data Portability, Opposition and not be subject to automated individual decisions.
